Meet Business Coach Beth
Beth Matteotti, CEC
Beth brings 20 years of experience working with groups and individuals to help them get what they want out of life.
My areas of coaching expertise include:
- Executive/Leadership Coaching – I help leaders broaden their leadership abilities so that they may fully realize their vision for business and life.
- Career Coaching – I bring tools and exercises that help you explore options and narrow in on the right path for you based on your unique strengths, passions, and interests.
- Team Coaching – I have a strong belief that if people work well together they produce much better results. If you do it right, you will produce extraordinary results - I help committed teams do just that.
- Small Business Coaching – I serve as a partner with small business owners to help them drive their business while maintaining balance in their personal life.
Hello and congratulations for taking an important step to find out how coaching can change your business and personal life! I love it when people make their happiness a priority. Finding that happiness often means developing a clear focus on one’s business and personal goals – that’s what first attracted me to coaching. I’ve personally experienced the amazing journey that coaching can take. Because you’re here, I’ll bet you have the open heart and mind to discover how coaching can enhance your life too.
I describe myself as a realistic optimist. I believe just about anything can come true if you have confidence in your plan and are willing to do the work. Using proven tools and a caring approach, I’ll help you find clarity to achieve whatever you want for the short and long term. Many people have told me that I’ve helped them discover dormant ideas and talent that when unlocked, thrust them into growth and achievement. In its simplest terms, that’s what the coaching process is designed to do.
One of my specialties is helping business leaders build the critical foundational elements to ensure high performance from a team. These elements include high levels of collaboration, volunteerism, alignment, and trust. Do you have the people on the team who are willing to cooperate and share the team’s values? Do you have leaders accepted by the team to lead towards the vision? Do you have the patience to watch the team grow and allow success to breed more success? Do we have the strong performance ethic that is the bedrock of high performance teams? If you are a team leader, these are some of the questions we can explore together.

Personal information:
We all crave balance in our lives. I personally find this balance from my family and friends who are at the center of my life. I am very lucky to be married to a wonderfully loving, interesting, and funny man named Art. This year our son, Jack, was born and we continue to marvel in the wonderment of his growth.
I also love to cook and bake. To work off the excesses from those hobbies, I enjoy running, cycling, golfing, and most any activity done outdoors.
