Linda Hairgrove is a qualified administrator of MBTI – (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) – This assessment tool, when administered and interpreted with the help of a qualified consultant, provides valuable information about our personality preferences with application to many aspects of personal and organizational life.  These areas might include relationships, career direction, change, work styles, and college life to name a few.

LIFO® Training - LIFO® stands for Life Orientations and is a strength based approach to understanding our preferred behavioral patterns.  The survey identifies our behavioral style based on several components and how it is reflected in both favorable and unfavorable circumstances. Development of one’s use of the tool provides applications for personal and professional life, and is also an excellent tool for helping teams find optimum synergy.

Instrument, interpretation and action planning/matching of interests (8 sessions) – $750

As a Clarion Consult (see www.clarionconsulting.com), Linda can provide professional support in guiding someone through the process of working through several inventories, including MBTI, FIRO-B and others that focus on gifts, skills and leadership paradigms.  This allows the client to come up with what is termed one’s “Best Contribution” to a team endeavor.  These can also be used for personal development when one is not focusing on their role in a group.  Guidance is given for developing goals and additional coaching helps work out the plans tailored to the individual.  The results are maintained confidentially on Clarion’s website and the price also includes trimester follow-up with a consultant regarding progress in meeting goals.
